Refund and returns

5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Any service that has been completed or fully delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.
- Services that have been initiated based on a customer’s request and subsequently cancelled by the customer.
- Fees for consultations, assessments, or other preparatory services where no actual service delivery was involved
